Infrastructure for closed protein cycles
Dragomar Systems
DRAGOMAR is a modular infrastructure class for biological processes.
Not a platform. Not a product. Not a start-up.
The architecture:
- reduces complexity
- stabilises processes
- enables scalable, reproducible results
For organisations that take biological processes seriously and require structural stability.
SYSTEM ARCHITECTUREStructure instead of speculation
The DRAGOMAR architecture standardises biological processes in three modules:
Module A — Structure
Framework, order, defined process spaces.
Module B — Process
Standardised steps, clear transitions, controlled variables.
Module C — Control
Monitoring, stabilisation, deviation management.
Process: Analysis → Implementation → Stabilisation → Handover.
The architecture is designed to function independently of individuals.
The system remains stable even when roles change.
Licensee Evaluation Grids
The Licensee Evaluation Grids define the structural and ESG‑relevant criteria used to classify external process environments within the DRAGOMAR framework. They provide the governance context in which the DRAGOMAR Governance Setting (DGS) and the DRAGOMAR Compatibility Gate (DCG) operate.
DRAGOMAR Governance Setting (DGS)
The DRAGOMAR Governance Setting (DGS) defines the minimum structural requirements for the implementation of the DRAGOMAR system logic. It delineates suitable process environments and ensures that only compatible material‑flow and architectural conditions enter the implementation pathway. Assessment is based exclusively on structural criteria, process logic and stability parameters.
DRAGOMAR Compatibility Gate (DCG)
The DRAGOMAR Compatibility Gate (DCG) evaluates the compatibility of an existing or planned process architecture with the DRAGOMAR system logic. It confirms implementation validity and issues a binary connectivity decision: compatible or incompatible. As an operational component of the governance setting, the DCG ensures that implementations occur only within stable, controllable and closed process environments.
Quality Segments and ESG Alignment
System compatibility does not automatically grant access to a quality segment. The DRAGOMAR quality tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond — reflect ESG‑relevant performance indicators such as animal welfare compliance, social conditions, energy balance and full material‑flow utilization.
Implementations that meet the structural requirements (DGS/DCG) but do not reach the ESG thresholds of a quality segment operate under a White‑Label License. Their ESG score is documented internally, including the measures required to achieve Bronze, Silver, Gold or Diamond classification.
DRAGOMAR does not evaluate actors or intentions. DRAGOMAR evaluates structures, stability and regulatory alignment.
Q & AThe most important questions — answered straight
BLOCK 1 — Category & Classification
1. What is DRAGOMAR?
An infrastructure class for closed protein cycles.
2. Why is it not a platform?
Because it does not provide a level of interaction, but rather structure.
3. Why is it not a technology?
Because it functions independently of technologies and only embeds them.
4. Why is it not consulting?
Because it implements, it does not explain.
5. What class of system is it?
A modular, closed process framework.
BLOCK 2 — Architecture & Implementation
6. How does the system work?
Through defined modules, clear transitions and controlled variables.
7. What modules are there?
Structure, process, control.
8. How does implementation work?
Analysis → Implementation → Stabilisation → Handover.
9. How is stability achieved?
Through standardisation, clear boundaries and controlled deviations.
10. How is scaling made possible?
Through reproducibility and modular expandability.
BLOCK 3 — Economic efficiency & sustainability
11. How does it pay off?
Through reduced process costs and lower error rates.
12. What savings are made?
Time, materials, staff retention, failed attempts.
13. What does operation look like?
Standardised, documented, stable.
14. How is long-term sustainability ensured?
Through modular expandability and clear process boundaries.
15. How is risk minimised?
Through defined control points and deviation management.
BLOCK 4 — Limits & Depths
16. What does DRAGOMAR not cover?
Research, product development, individual laboratory logic.
17. Where are the system boundaries?
At the interfaces to non-standardisable processes.
18. Which questions do not belong in the public domain?
Any that concern internal processes, proprietary methods or depth of detail.
19. Which topics are only addressed in the project context?
Technical depth, process details, specific implementations.
20. Why is depth of detail only useful after access?
Because without context, it leads to misinterpretation.
Note:
Some questions touch on areas that go beyond the infrastructure.
These are addressed exclusively in the project context.
